EMEA/Greater China/SPEAR/LATAM: Please reach out to the team leads for each region.
Flexible Itinerary (F.I.T.): The FIT segment is fueled by leisure travelers who have purchased a room through a Business to Business operator. The company buying the room(s) from your hotel is a tour operator, receptive tour operator or Bed Bank who will often combine other travel components with the room. These travelers arrive independently to the hotels. Similar to OTA rate plans, the FIT rate plans indicate to a hotel that payment and check-in procedures for these guests need to be handled differently. FIT reservations are net, non-commissionable, non LRA and are not Wyndham Rewards eligible.
Leisure Net Rate Program: The WH&R Leisure Net Rate Program is designed for Flexible Itinerary Travel (FIT), which consists of individual or small groups of travelers who book itineraries through leisure partners like tour operators, receptive tour operators and Bed Banks. Via this rate, operators are incentivized to book your hotels helping to drive incremental business your way. And, since these rates run in conjunction with any and all direct agreements already in place, this adds even greater value to you by ensuring optimal distribution of WH&R rooms for sale by leisure partners associated with this program.
