CLC Managed Solutions (formally CLS – Creative Lodging Solutions), is an Open Network Program and division of CLC Lodging specializing in project and long term business. CLC Managed Solutions books via the CLC Contracted Hotel Network, brand.com, and will negotiate one time rates for specific E-bid projects and/or high volume accounts as needed. Specialty segments include environmental, construction, energy restaurant openings and retail.

The Contracted Hotel Network continues to be the primary source in generating the highest volume of CLC room nights into hotels.  Offering 12 -24 month contracts that allows hotels the visibility to travelers throughout various CLC Account Directories.

CheckINN Certification – (CIC Scoring)

A Hotel scoring system designed to provide insight not only to CLC customers, but to CLC Hotels.  Allowing for the CLC traveler the ease of selecting a hotel based on an overall score and certification status. For hotels, the ability to provide insight into their certification status in areas of billing, training, and customer service.
